Editorial notes and bibliography

Sweeney's text is an exceptionally careful and accurate edition. 

In his notes, Sweeney gives meticulous comparisons of textual variation between

(a) the jawi and rumi versions of the 1838 text, and

(b) the 1838 edition, the 1852 lithographed edition, and Kassim Ahmad's modern version.
